At Dualit, we stand by the quality of our home and kitchen appliances; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all products are returned in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Item

  Carefully place the appliance in its original box with all manuals and accessories included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; once received, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
